planted vivarium

At Route 4 Aquarium in Elmwood Park, NJ, we strive to bring you great information and now online tutorials of how to create striking displays.

In our first blog he will be showing the photo process of our in store planted vivarium.

The Plan:
A 125 Gallon Aquarium 72"x18"x22", custom drilled for an Eheim 2217, with suspended Marineland L.E.D. lights.

The Aquarium will house a large group of black ruby barbs, rainbows, clown loaches, african butterflies, and a purple mahseer.

There will be a small waterfall in the corner and a variety of terrestrial, and semi aquatic plants in the tank, including bamboo and lave plants.

Here are some pictures of the process.
